I remembered the wonderful friends I met while teaching EFT in New Zealand in 2007. I know that my heart, and the hearts of everyone in the EFT community, go out to those who have lost their lives, or been traumatized, by human-caused or natural disasters over the last few days. Besides the earthquake victims in New Zealand, there are the hundreds who have been killed in Libya and other countries in the throes of violent social change. As we feel distress seeing the images emerging from disaster zones, we can choose to respond by sending a stream of comfort and healing from our hearts to the lives of those affected. We can also do EFT to release our own distress, so that we don't add to the store of trauma in the psychosphere of humankind.
