EFT Hearings in Congress: One of the most exciting developments for EFT in recent months has been the interest shown by various members of Congress. Both Republican and Democrat members of the House of Representatives and the Senate have used their influence to help get EFT recognized by the officials responsible for mental health in various government agencies. The most recent such event was a roundtable hearing called by Representative Dan Lungren (R, California 3rd District). Dan Lungren is a former Attorney General of California, and serves on several influential committees including the House Homeland Security Committee. Dan called a hearing for September 15th to showcase the use of EFT for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Dan's Legislative Analyst, Sandra Wiseman, has been passionate in her advocacy of energy medicine in general, and EFT in particular, and put a great deal of time and enthusiasm into organizing the event. | |

EFT Master Rue Hass Inspiration:Friendship Ryan Hreljac - Ordinary kid, extraordinary impact: Ryan was just six years old when at school he learnt that people were dying because they didn’t have access to clean water. Deeply impressed he went home and told his mom that with 70 dollars he could pay for a well to be built in africa. He asked for more chores and worked hard to collect his $70, only to find that the true cost was $2000. He told the man at the charity offices that he would return with the money. And he did. He got his family, neighbours and the whole community involved in helping to raise the money and hasn’t stopped since. For Ryan this was only the beginning: he went on to create the Ryan's Well Foundation, a charity committed to building clean water wells in Africa. He then took his message on the road lecturing in schools and forums across North America to raise awareness for his cause. Today, his fund-raising efforts have raised more than $2 million and are responsible for a total of 450 water and sanitation projects in 15 countries, providing clean water to over 600,000 people. A truly inspiring story of what can be achieved when an idea takes hold and success is the only possible outcome. A story that reminds us all that we can change the world if we really believe. EFT brings healing to a whole family while one woman heals her grief: This touching story by Christine Cloutier from Canada shows remarkable creativity and impressive EFT language. Lawyer's skin condition clears after tapping on the stress associated with being a new lawyer: Skin conditions almost always respond well to EFT, particularly when EFT is aimed at emotional issues. This article by JoAnn SkyWatcher gives us yet another example of this benefit. Notice how she reduces the emotional issues down to conflicts within. Gillian Wightman leads us expertly through a complicated "father abuse" case -- a fabulous start: This article by Gillian Wightman from Scotland beautifully displays how to deal with many aspects and creatively move a client along a quality healing path.
